IMPORTANT ... PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO MEET PAYMENT AND REMOVAL DEADLINES BEFORE BIDDING AT THIS AUCTION!  You agree to pay for all of your successful bids plus buyer's premium, and sales tax (if applicable)! 

REMEMBER:  All items are sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranty or claim of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  Buyer is solely responsible for previewing items and determination of condition and value.  We are not experts on any particular items and provide descriptions only as a courtesy.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: 15% Buyer's Premium is added to the Bid Price and included in the Total Purchase Price BEFORE any Applicable Sales Tax is added!

SALES TAX:  7% for Local Pickup as required by the State of Florida ... ONLY Buyers with a copy of their 2020 FLORIDA Sales Tax Exemption Certificate are exempt!  Vehicle Sales Taxes (if applicable) will be Collected!

THERE IS NO SHIPPING OFFERED FOR THIS AUCTION!  All Items MUST be picked up in-person during stated removal times. If sending a freight or pack and ship company to pick up your items, you MUST ensure they bring a copy of your PAID-IN-FULL invoice.  Items NOT REMOVED will be considered abandoned!  No item will be released without a PAID-IN-FULL invoice listing the item(s) purchased.

Neither the seller nor auctioneer is responsible for items once sold.  No assistance will be available beyond forklift assistance - you must provide you own packing materials and labor as needed.

Registration:  You must be at least 18 years old to bid.  YOU MUST REGISTER before bidding at this auction.

It's the Seller's intention to Sell Everything to the Highest Bidder, Regardless of Price!  The Auctioneer's decision on all disputes and related matters is final.  All Bidders agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneer and Seller, their agents and representatives, from and against all liability, claims, suits or causes of action from participation in, purchase and/or removal of items at this Auction.  Auctioneer and Seller liability shall be limited to the return of any monies paid by the Buyer.
