AUTO-EXTEND / DYNAMIC CLOSING:  The Closing Time is Automatically Extended an Additional 5 Minutes if a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the Closing Time…this feature works great to closely emulate a 'LIVE' auction.

INSPECTION:  Monday, March 15th, 10:00 am-4:00 pm.

DEPOSIT to BID:  $500.00 Registration Deposit by VISA/MC is required prior to bidding and will be authorized on your credit card.  The $500.00 is held, NOT charged, by your Credit Card company for whatever length of time they hold authorizations…if you do NOT Purchase, there will be NO charge(s) against your account.

BUYER’S PREMIUM:  A 15% BUYER’S PREMIUM APPLIES (will be added) TO THE AUCTION PURCHASE PRICE!  For every Bid of $1000.00, you will be Charged $1150.00 (plus 7% Sales Tax, unless exempt) = $1230.50.

PAYMENT:  Accepted Form(s) of Payment MUST BE IN CERTIFIED FUNDS IN-FULL BY WEDNESDAY, MARCH 17, 2010 by 2:00 PM (ET).  Certified Funds include Cash, Wire Transfer, Certified/Bank Check or Company/Personal Check with BANK LETTER GUARANTEEING payment upon presentation.  NO ITEMS MAY BE DISMANTLED and/or REMOVED UNTIL ACCOUNT IS PAID IN FULL – NO EXCEPTIONS!!

REMOVAL:  Tuesday (After Auction Closes) until 4:00 pm…plus Wednesday & Thursday, March 17th & 18th, 9:00 am-4:00 pm each day.
